What are “Diamonds and shields” in Fitatu®?

Diamonds are rewards you receive for active days in Fitatu®.

For every active day, you receive a chest containing 5 Diamonds. Diamonds accumulate, and you can open the chest at any time at the bottom of the “Summary” → “Streak” section.

When you maintain your Streak for a specific number of days, you reach milestones that reward you with additional bonus chests containing Diamonds. These bonuses also accumulate. You can collect them in the same place as the Diamonds awarded for each active day.

You can track the number of Diamonds you have collected in the top-right corner of the meal plan screen.

You can exchange your collected Diamonds for protective shields. Shields replace days with no activity–one shield protects one day. In practice, when an inactive day would otherwise break your Streak, a shield allows you to maintain its continuity. Your shields are used automatically.

Please note: Shields protect inactive days that occur in the future. They do not work retroactively and cannot be used to protect days that have already passed.

You receive your first shield from us as a gift. You can purchase additional shields using the Diamonds you have collected. Prices increase depending on the number of shields you already have. You will always see only the current prices.

You can have as many shields as your current limit allows. Increasing the limit gives you space for additional shields. The starting limit is 2, and the maximum is 7. You can increase the limit by exchanging Diamonds. The cost of each limit increase goes up, and you will always see only the current price.

You can exchange Diamonds for shields and limit increases by tapping the number of Diamonds in the top-right corner of the meal plan screen and opening the “Diamonds and shields” section.

Remember: the longer you maintain your active-day Streak, the more Diamonds you receive for reaching milestones. By staying motivated and using Fitatu® consistently, you build healthy habits–the key to achieving your goals.
